Center for Senior Wellbeing

Center for Senior Wellbeing Committed to helping seniors live independently and age with dignity. We offer 5 programs:
1. Contact the Foundation for more details 760.723.7570.

Foundation for Senior Care is a non-profit that provides services for seniors and disabled adults. Care Van & Expanded Rides Transportation Services - rides for seniors and disabled adults rides to medical appointments, grocery and other locations in the Greater Fallbrook area. Expanded Rides takes are seniors to medical appointments up to 55 miles away (San Diego to Temecula and points between).

2. β€œThe Club” - Fallbrook Adult Day Care Center - provides respite care in a social, recreational setting (non-medical).
3. Senior Care Advocacy & Door-Through-Door programs - providing in-home assessments, safety checks, resources and referral to help seniors remain safely in their own homes, manage medical concerns, and find solutions to complex challenges. Door-Through-Door helps clients maneuver through hospitalizations and skilled nursing stays and get home, breaking the cycle of repeated hospitalizations.
4. Senior Care Computer Learning Center - Seniors teaching Seniors about computers, the internet, smartphones and so much more.
5.Grocery Deliver-Partnering with Major Market to deliver groceries to seniors during Covid-19.

Join us Wednesday, August 26 at 11:00 AM at our East Building (399 Heald Ln.) for a free and informative health talk presented by Dr. David Bridgeman of Rancho Family Medical Group – Fallbrook.

Dr. Bridgeman will share helpful information about common skin conditions, ways to protect your skin as you age, and when it’s important to see a doctor.

✨ And there’s an added bonus! Complimentary skin checks will be offered following the presentation, giving you an opportunity to ask questions and have your skin checked by a medical professional.

Join us Monday, August 24, during Senior Lunch at our East Building for a special presentation about the Watch Duty app, a valuable tool for staying informed about wildfires in our area. πŸ“±πŸ”₯

We’ll also have the North County Fire Protection District on site to answer questions, provide helpful information, and share tips for staying prepared during wildfire season.

Need help getting started? Our Tech Team volunteers will be available to help you download and set up the Watch Duty app on your phone.
