Throughout Recovery Month, we recognize that recovery takes many forms and that everyone deserves access to compassionate treatment, peer support, recovery housing, employment, faith, cultural resources, and other pathways that support the whole person. We also celebrate the voices of people in recovery, whose stories reduce stigma, inspire hope, and strengthen communities.

Such an impactful presentation.

Our team came together for a meaningful Culture Chat in recognition of Overdose Awareness Month. 💜

Led by Katherine Mathi, Clinical Director of Outpatient Services, and Thomas Rogers, Program Supervisor of our Peer 2 Peer Recovery Support Center, the discussion focused on overdose awareness, prevention, harm reduction, recovery, and ways we can reduce stigma and advocate for those impacted by substance use disorders.

We also took time to honor and remember the lives lost to overdose and recognize the lasting impact on their loved ones and our communities. Together, we continue to choose compassion, education, and action. 💜🕊️
