Target has issued a voluntary recall of certain Up & Up Fragrance Free and Fresh Cucumber Scented Baby Wipes due to potential microbial contamination. FDA testing identified the presence of *Burkholderia cepacia* complex and *Burkholderia gladioli*, bacteria that may cause serious infections, particularly in newborns, infants, young children, and individuals with weakened immune systems.
If you have purchased these products:
✅ Stop using them immediately
✅ Check packaging for affected lot codes and expiration dates
✅ Return recalled products to any Target store for a full refund
Consumers have reported product discoloration, skin irritation, eye irritation, and infections potentially associated with use of the wipes. These reports remain under investigation.
