Peace doesn’t have to start with something huge. It can start with kindness, listening, including others, standing up for someone, working through disagreements, or making your community a better place. 💙

🎨 Create an original poster showing what “Peace Begins With Us” means to you!

🌎 The Lions Club of Fall River’s Peace Poster Contest gives young artists ages 11-13 the opportunity to share what “Harmony in Humanity” means to them through art.

🏆 Top 3 entries will win gift cards: 🥇 $50 | 🥈 $30 | 🥉 $20

✨ The first-place winner will advance to the Lions International competition for a chance at additional recognition and prizes.

📅 Entries are due October 21 2026.

We can’t wait to see the imagination, creativity, and unique perspectives our community’s young artists bring to the page. 🖌️🕊️💙

🎸✨ We’re out here ROCKIN’ for Recovery! ✨🎸

SSTAR Prevention had a blast at the Taunton Peer Recovery Center’s Rock the Block Celebrationfor Recovery Month! 💚🙌

And of course, we brought some of our amazing Peer Leaders along to represent MeB4Use! 🌱💪 They showed up, connected with the community, and helped spread the message that healthy choices, positive connections, and strong support systems matter. 🫶

Recovery Month is all about celebrating connection, resilience, and community — and we’re always happy to be part of it! 🎶💚🌟
