WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The regulations for the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit (FSTC) have been released and Governor Maura Healey previously indicated that she was waiting for the federal regulations before making a decision. Now that the regulations have been released, Massachusetts has an opportunity to consider participation ahead of the program's planned January 1, 2027, launch. Important facts about FSTC:

About 96% of children may meet the eligibility requirements to cover educational costs such as:
• Tuition & Fees
• Tutoring and academic support
• After-school programming
• Certain special-needs services
• Educational technology
• Other eligible educational expenses

WE NEED YOUR HELP to encourage Governor Healey to OPT-IN for the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit program. Beginning in 2027, the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit has the potential to generate hundreds of millions of dollars in scholarships for children across Massachusetts, including students attending Catholic schools. This is not just about private-school tuition. Nearly 90% of Massachusetts students are eligible, and scholarships can support students in both public and private schools for services including tuition, tutoring, after-school programs, dual enrollment, special education services, and transportation.

If Governor Healey does not opt in, our students will not be able to benefit. Residents may still participate in the program, but their contributions would support scholarships for students in other states. Please help us urge Governor Healey to opt in so Massachusetts students can benefit. Go to
