A reminder regarding physical forms. The physical needs to be performed in 2026 - it cannot be performed in 2025 and signed by doctor in 2026.

You will need to obtain a sports physical if it’s not time for your annual exam with insurance.

Shaffer Chiropractor and Home Town Urgent Care offer sports physicals for $20 by appt and most urgent cares also offer sports physicals.

Physical forms were handed out during fittings. You can also print blank ones from our website under "Downloads".

📣 FOOTBALL UPDATE 📣

💥 The final date for football uniform fittings will be Saturday, June 6 at 9 am in the Hawks Nest. Waitlisted players should come to fittings so we are prepared to order uniforms once teams are finalized. Please bring copy of birth certificate for new players.

💥 Friendly reminder that all football registration fees must be paid by June 6. You can pay online or in person on June 6.

💥 Players must be fitted and paid in full to participate.

📣 CHEER FITTINGS 📣

Reminder this Saturday, May 23rd is cheer fittings at Fairborn Middle School.

** Registration fees must be paid in full to fit. You can pay online or in person Saturday.

All registered cheerleaders should have received an informational email yesterday with fitting info.

Online registration for Cheer has closed but you can register in person on Saturday. This will be the final chance to register for cheer. No late registrations will be accepted.
