Today is the day! Come out to play and create with us!

Join us at the Redwood Discovery Museum for an afternoon of creative fun and learning! Bring your bike, scooter or racing machine!

We will meet in the parking lot and have a space to work on structural designs and artwork. Supplies will be provided. Participants encouraged to bring supplies as desired.

There will also be a brake check station and agility challenges to put your skills to the test!

The irony that the first rain of the season starts on the first Wednesday we are closed again is not lost on us! We will be open Thursday for free Playgroup 10-12 and 50% admission 12-5 🌧️🌈

We're expanding!

You read that right. The discovery Museum is finally getting ready to bring even more fun to the families of Humboldt County! We are very excited to officially announce our growing of exhibits and learning fun

with 550 sq feet more to explore!

In order to help us prepare for this big change, please join us for our Rummage Sale coming September 19th and 20th, details below:

Bring your unused school supplies to help families who may need them
(Backpacks, Notebooks, Writing utensils, binders etc.)

We are resuming our regular hours including closures on Wednesdays. Please see our current September calendar for other closures coming this month.
