Visons is hosting three pop-up pantries this summer to distribute FREE Summer Feeding Boxes for families. No sign-up or paperwork required, just stop on by if you're in need!

Did you know that hot weather can impact your mental health? 🥵

Rising temperatures increase the production of stress hormones, unbalance neurotransmitters like serotonin, and disrupt sleep - making it harder to stay emotionally regulated! We might experience more irritability, anxiety, or brain fog. 😵‍💫

There are several locations across Broome County opening their doors to help our neighbors stay cool, including the Broome West Senior Center, Highland Park Pool, and the George F. Johnson Memorial Library!

When the heat rises, there are places to stay cool in Broome!
