Today is both Margherita Pizza Day (a celebration of the classic Neapolitan pizza with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and olive oil) and National German Chocolate Cake Day (a sweet-tooth excuse to indulge in the classic coconut and pecan-topped chocolate cake). If you could only celebrate one of these fun holidays, which one would you choose? Quite frankly, I am torn!!!

Join us for the Mercy House Ice Cream Fundraiser on Thursday, June 25, from 4-9 p.m. at The Kitchen Counter (502 W. Main Street in Endicott)! The Kitchen Counter will donate 20% of all ice cream sales that evening to Mercy House. Yum 🍨🍦!
