Please meet the cute and charismatic CASSIE 💕

The name Cassie is often associated with "purity, kindness, and devotion" .... and this beautiful girl lives up to every bit of it.

At 3 years old, Cassie is the total package. While she did sit still long enough for this gorgeous photo, it wasn't easy! She's usually busy rolling over to show off her fluffy belly, rubbing against your legs, gazing up at you with love in her eyes, or proudly leading you to where all the toys are kept because, obviously, it's playtime... DUH! 🤣

And then there are those stunning eyes. They seem to tell a story all their own while quietly asking you to share yours, too. That's what best friends do, after all. 💕

This is one Journey you are not gonna miss 🥰

Please meet the absolutely wonderful girl, JOURNEY! To say Journey has had a rough start in life would be an understatement...

At just over 2 years old, Journey has already overcome so much. Momma to the Springtime Pups, she went into labor just one day after being taken in by our transport partners from one of their local shelter and ultimately needed an emergency C-section to safely deliver her babies. Through it all, she was an incredible mother .... devoted, gentle, and always putting her puppies before herself.

When meeting new people, Journey can be a little tentative at first. She likes to take her time, assess the situation, and say hello on her own terms. It's her momma cautious instincts! But if you're patient and allow her the space she needs, you'll quickly discover the amazing dog she is. It starts with the slightest happy wag at the tip of her tail, and before you know it, your heart is completely hers.💕

One look into those soulful puppy-dog eyes and you'll know... Journey is so ready to find her person. Ready to trust. Ready to love. Ready to be someone's best friend!

Please join us in a great big PCAR thank-you to the Paws for a Cause Club at Edgemont High School! ⭐️

For many years, it has been a wonderful tradition for this amazing group to spend a volunteer day with Paws Crossed, and we are incredibly grateful for their continued support.

Today, they helped organize pet supplies, sort through a truckload of donated change, and tidy up our Junior Volunteer supplies and cabinet. Their hard work made a huge difference! 🙌

As a special treat, everyone enjoyed a lovely meet-and-greet with adoptable Ophelia, who made sure to welcome each volunteer personally—and even handed out a kiss or two along the way!

Thank you all for your enthusiasm, dedication, and kindness. We truly appreciate everything you do and are so grateful for another wonderful day together! 🐾❤️

Meet our newest little cheese doodle, Chester! 🧀🐾

This handsome 3.5-month-old boy is the brother of the recently adopted Charlie, and he would like you to know that he is very excited to meet you... he just might need a gentle first hello. Born to an outdoor mama, people were brand new to Chester, and honestly, a little scary at first.

Watching him bloom has been everything. ❤️ He may not be the first kitten to run over for pets, but he’ll happily share quiet time with you right away — and before you know it, that quiet companionship turns into the biggest purrs, the sweetest cuddles, and those soulful eyes that look at you with pure love.
