At NAFI CT-NY-RI, we're fortunate to have a dedicated team of trainers who share their knowledge and expertise throughout the year, helping our staff learn, grow, and strengthen their skills.

Our annual Training Impact Award recognizes a trainer who goes above and beyond through creative approaches, engaging instruction, supporting colleagues, or finding meaningful ways to strengthen our training culture.

Drawing on her clinical expertise, Elise brings real-world perspective to Risking Connection training, making complex topics relatable and relevant while inspiring staff to think critically, approach challenges with empathy, and strengthen their skills.

In March, our DEI&B Committee proudly celebrated Disabilities Awareness Month with a “Wear Orange” event across all three of our states! 🧡

Staff members came together to wear orange in support of disability awareness, inclusion, and belonging - helping shine a light on the importance of creating environments where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered.
