Exciting day in Poughkeepsie as we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Wallace Campus project!

We’re proud to see this important development moving forward and grateful to stand alongside incredible partners committed to expanding housing opportunities and investing in stronger communities.

This project took many years of careful planning and community input. Without access to capital, projects like this cannot move from vision to reality. CCNY’s participation alongside Leviticus Fund helped provide the financing needed to support this important development. When CDFIs collaborate, projects gain the capital they need to bring their plans to life and create meaningful impact in the communities they serve.

Thank you to Leviticus Fund and all project partners for your collaboration and shared commitment to impactful community development. We’re excited to see the positive impact Wallace Campus will bring to the community.
