The Tara-Kishan Foundation was established in New York in 2020 to preserve
historical, cultural, linguistic, and ethnic upliftment for service-oriented human
development. Explo
ratory and enlightening materials are written in a factual planned
way through history or social studies, civics, behavioral sciences or biological
nature, technology materials, literature, and cultural activities to the citizens of every
country in society. Man is born empty-handed, naked, and
voiceless and is also liberated over time. Despite knowing these things, people are
found to be inclined towards evil thoughts such as envy, exploitation, oppression,
and greed. Keeping clean thought, vision, and patriotism activities such as various language,
Art, Culture, festivals, and literacy activities will be promoted with the aim to spread
awareness for citizens of Nepal and Nepali who are residing all over the world
institutionally. Under Section 402, Tara-Kishan Foundation Inc., a purely nonprofit organization, was formally registered with the United States Department of
Internal Revenue in the state of New York in 2020. Literature, art, and culture are
the definitions of human life. Culture, civilization, and instinct are the schools of
life. Tara-Kishan Foundation believes that it will be a bridge to introduce each
other's ethnic languages, customs, and cultures. Culture is disappearing with passing time. Unless in the inner and public do
not instill the thought that culture and cultural development can be built, change
cannot prevail. Also, the country and society's culture cannot be identified. Therefore, the constitution of a purely non-profit human welfare organization will
be in both Nepali and English languages. Its official language will be in Nepali, and
the language of correspondence will be in both Nepali and English. The TaraKishan Foundation is headquartered in New York State, USA. This organization
will always work in the field of literature and culture among Nepalis, who are all

Initial
This Constitution shall come into force from the date of its passage, and thereafter
all programs shall be conducted in accordance with this Constitution. Section 1, Definition
If the subject and context do not have another meaning in this constitution
1.1, "Bidhan" means the bylaws 2020 of Tara - Kishan Foundation Inc.
1.2, "Institution" means Tara-Kishan Foundation.
1.3, "Officers" shall mean the founders, patrons, executive directors, and advisors
of this organization
1.4,"Member" means anyone present with the organization

1.5, "Honorary Member" means anyone who supports the work of the organization.
1.6, "Life Member" means anyone who wants to be involved in the organization's
program and help. Article 2, Fund Operations
2.1, The foundation will have its own permanent fund (bank account), donors,
Government grants and charities will be the organization's source of income. The money collected from charity and other cultural activities will also be the
organization's source of income. The amount thus collected will be used by
the

organization to advance its scope of work from the amount deposited in the
account of the fund.
2.2, Bookkeeping records of financial and all types of income will be kept in
accordance with the standards and principles of the United States audit. Article 3, the seal and symbol of the organization
3.1, The top half of the circle will be TARA-KISHAN FOUNDETION in English,
and the other half of the circle will be in English between the two stars.Below
that, on the inside half of the entire circle, there will be tf/f-lszg kmfp08];g in
Nepali, on the bottom, between the right American flag and the left Nepali
flag, on the cross. the flag will be buried on the ground, and 2020 will be
written on the ground including On top of that, in the middle are Shrivatsa,
Kundarika, Dhwaj, Chamar, Matsyayugma, Chhatra, Shankha, Kalash. The
full Ashtamangal Kalash decorated with eight Mars symbols will be held.
3.2. Name
The name of this organization will be Tara-Kishan Foundation in English
and Nepali.
3.3, Tenure
The status of this organization will be permanent.
3.4, If necessary, an executive committee can be formed, and the same committee
can conduct the work. Article 5, Functions of the organization
5.1, To publish research articles on various linguistic literature, art, and culture
related to the nation with special emphasis on the protection of the national
language.
5.2, To promote literature, culture, and music through various media, to make
Nepal a clean identity at the national or international level by organizing
literary programs to encourage literature lovers.
5.3, To adapt the situation for the backward castes, classes, suffering children,
women or men, the displaced families, and the elderly in the society and to
help in the problems that may arise due to natural calamities.
5.4, To assist in the protection of multi-ethnic, multi-ethnic religion and culture or
any regional or ethnic festivals.
5.5, To cooperate in the cleaning of tolls and parks.
5.6, To publish research, enlightenment, awareness, and informative material
about endangered species.
5.7, Conducting charity programs in collaboration with various publishing,
translation, and publicity organizations
5.8, To organize tours at the national or international level for mutual contact,
harmony, and cooperation between creative and dignified authors with
literature.
5.9, To publish the identity of the world writers for the lovers of literature.
5.10, To organize the program at the international level by conducting exploratory
research on Nepal's endangered folk culture in collaboration with various

5.11, To organize various festivals and cultural programs.
5.12, To organize literary and cultural programs in different states in collaboration
with local communities and organizations.
5.13, In motherland, In case of disaster, to provide livelihood, food, and emergency
assistance (charity).
5.14, To honor and reward the talented people in any field dedicated to human
service for the society and the individuals or organizations which have proved
