As we begin today a New Year in Toastmasters (2026-2027 term), we above all express sincerest thanks to 2025-2026 Club President Angela Lee, DTM, and her leadership team for an absolutely splendid Toastmasters year which ended yesterday.
During the past 12 months:
== 23 people joined our Toastmasters club, either as New or Reinstated members.
== Nine members (Angela Lee, Avitosh Totaram, Darren Donnelly, Jesse Cassell, Jonathan Ettricks, Kadisha Currie, Mark LaVergne, Navroop Singh, Rohit Sharma) completed one or more Levels each in the Pathways Educational Program.
== We were the FIRST club in District 119 to reach the highest level of recognition (Smedley Distinguished Club) in the Toastmasters International Distinguished Club Program
== We climbed from 25 members on July 1 to 36 members by June 30.
== The club's tradition of organizing "Membership Orientation Saturdays" for New Members was revived, to give these newcomers special attention as they begin their Toastmasters journey.
== We welcomed Special Visitors to the Club, including District 46 Club Growth Director Jessly Chettaniyal, DTM.
== Our two-year campaign of holding twice-monthly Hybrid meetings finally paid off beginning last fall as our ONSITE attendees significantly outnumbered ONLINE attendees.
THANKS so much to Angela Lee, DTM, and her team for leading the way this past year, and for maintaining the "America's Best Standard" of high-quality and supportive Toastmasters training in support of our community.
