We are thrilled to introduce Prema Paxton’s new role as Director of Integrative Practices for LITT. Prema brings more than 35 years of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness to our community, shaping integrative resources that help families impacted by SUD and loss find connection, belonging, and self-care. When someone we love is struggling with SUD, shame can keep them from getting help — and it can keep us just as silent. LITT isn't a recovery program. We're here for the parents and siblings carrying the weight alongside them, whether that journey leads to recovery or loss. 1 in 5 people with SUD get treatment. Because no matter the outcome, everyone who has loved someone with SUD deserves a safe place to land.
