Rest in Peace, Russ, you'll be missed by racquetball family.

With deep sadness the IRT is mourning the loss of Russ Mannino, who passed away while playing at National Doubles today. His impact on racquetball is impossible to measure, from opening the first courts in New York City, coaching top professional players, and sharing his insights as an announcer on the IRT Network. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family, including IRT President, Jason Mannino, during this difficult time.

Greetings!

The NRAD board members have spoken. We regret to inform you that the 2014 NRAD Championships scheduled for April 25-27, 2014 in Laurel, Maryland is officially cancelled by a majority vote.

Discussions are currently ongoing about either letting NRAD die naturally, or allowing hearing people to participate in future NRAD events. Members will have an opportunity to vote on these in the near future.

In the meantime, enjoy your spring and summer. Remember you should step in and lead if you have better ideas and passion. Most of us on the current board are ready to pass the torch.

Best regards,

Slemo Warigon,
NRAD President
