CANCELLED -December 14th, 7 PM Ceremony
Dear friends, tonight's annual World Wide Candle Lighting is cancelled due to weather challenges!! Given the dropping temperatures with icing expected later today, we have suggestions for options:
- At home, light a candle for your loved one(s) at 7 pm to join the global remembrance surging around the globe. Consider sitting in quiet reflection for 15 minutes, remembering the sweetness, the gift of time with loved ones.
- Link to two sites on the national TCF site: https://www.compassionatefriends.org/wcl/
- One gives you option to post a remembrance of loved ones to share with the world.
- Another provides a candle lighting to join through the national site across the US and beyond.
The WWCL is intended to bring our loves one, gone too soon, with us in this season of holidays. Forever in our hearts and on our minds.
