🚸Birth to Five Illinois is a wonderful organization that helps promote early childhood services in Illinois.

Right now, they are recruiting for family & action councils. If you have a child under 5 or have had experiences with early childhood education in your family, personally or professionally, please consider joining one of the Family Councils or Action Councils.

Prepare for adulthood with this four-part Life Hacks series for teens! Each session will focus on important real-world skills, including money management, career readiness, mental and emotional health, social skills, and decision-making. In this informative session, teens will learn practical money skills such as budgeting, understanding credit cards, managing money, and distinguishing between needs and wants.

Safe Families for Children East Central IL helps families in tough circumstances during periods of trial. Find out more about their services for the community, and volunteer opportunities at https://east-central.safe-families.org/

Stabilizing a family facing crisis and unmanageable circumstances is about reducing immediate stress, building relationships, and strengthening the family unit. It’s not about changing everything but creating enough stability and space so they can find their footing again as a family and move forward TOGETHER.

It is about standing in the gap and providing a network of resources and relationships so families can get back on their feet and thrive!
