Just sending out a reminder.
Tuesday, September 8th is the pickup date for the work hanging at the EPC. Any nonmembers showing work in that show need to make arrangements to pick up their pieces that day. Work can be picked up between 10 am and 2 pm or at the meeting that evening. If you choose to leave it on display, it will be up until the next EAG show in August 2027. Work is NOT to be removed prior to that date, as it leaves holes in the display.
Anyone who wants to display different work at the EPC until August, please bring it to the meeting on the 8th or leave it there during EPC business hours on that day.

We had such a wonderful reception last night for our 30th Annual Fine Arts and Photography Show. Congratulations to our award winners and thank you to our donors!

This show was hung today and I have to say that the talent on display is unreal! Be sure to swing by the EPC during normal business hours or attend our reception this Tuesday. You won’t be disappointed!!

Just a reminder that tomorrow is drop-off day!!! Please bring your pieces to the north entrance of the Effingham Performance Center between 10 am and 2 pm. The earlier the better, as we hang everything on Wednesday for judging on Thursday.
Also if your work is not wired to hang correctly, you will be asked to do so or not enter the piece. I will bring stuff to fix small issues but not enough to wire works. I’ve attached a video but there are a variety of screw eyes that work other than the ones pictured. Let me know if you have any questions!

I know this deadline has passed, but I would still accept entries as long as they are RECEIVED by Aug 1st. This means in the PO Box and preferably a message sent to me letting me know they are coming. This is going to be one of our best shows yet!
