AREAA Central New Jersey would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Joel Pascua for his service as Chapter President and to Matt Lewellen for his contributions as a member of our Board of Directors.

Over the past 6 months, Joel and Matt have dedicated their time, energy and talents to advancing the mission of AREAA Central New Jersey. Their commitment to serving our members, strengthening our chapter and supporting sustainable homeownership opportunities has helped position our organization for continued growth and impact.

We thank Joel for his leadership as President and Matt for his dedicated service on the Board. We are grateful for their contributions and wish them both continued success in their future endeavors.

As we look ahead, we are pleased to announce that Christina Ko will be stepping into the role of President of AREAA Central New Jersey. Christina has been a dedicated leader within our chapter and we are confident that her passion, experience and commitment will help guide the organization into its next chapter.

This May, the AREAA Foundation proudly revives AREAA Builds Community Day — a powerful movement to unite, serve, and uplift our communities during AANHPI Heritage Month.

AREAA Central New Jersey have been making an impact — advocating in Washington D.C. with our House Representatives and Senators on housing shortages, language access, and homeownership for all.

We’ve celebrated our heritage, partnered with the largest hospital system for the AANHPI Community Wellness Fair, promoted Mental Health Awareness across our communities, and initiated the First time Homebuyer Grant Program.

This is our time to shine, lead with purpose, and show the strength of the AREAA network nationwide. Together, we build community. Together, we inspire change.
