The EWA was founded in 1993 direct action has had a profound positive impact on the quality of life for all of New Jersey families and our shared environment.

Happy 2023 and we look forward to the reopening of the. newly renovated Song Bird Trail and Triple C Ranch and Nature Center.
A lot has happened with our work to preserve the Triple C Ranch and Nature Center, the largest contiguous wetlands in Northern New Jersey.
We need your help to fully realize our shared dream. Please help us reopen our nature center and trails.
Mayor Joshi, Bob Deheil, and the Edison Town Council have been attacking our charity's successful clothing recycling program Repurpose New Jersey.
We need your support to let the Mayor and Town Council know you support our charity's hard work. Please call Mayor Joshi at (732) 248-7298 and tell Mayor Joshi you support EWA's Repurpose New Jersey's Textile Recycling program.
This no-cost program recycled used clothing from landfills and directly supports Edison Wetlands Association, Inc. charitable work rescuing injured wildlife, and preserving the Peter J. Barnes Wildlife refuge. A portion of the Repurpose New Jersey Textile recycling funds also helps wealth-challenged families by directly supporting food pantries in Edison and Woodbridge.
Please help our charity save this critically important clothing Recycling program. Many of our members have donated to the Repurpose clothing program in the past so we need your help to save this important program now!

This was part of the Raritan River Project and walkway, which was funded by the EWA's Supplemental Environmental Funds. We worked on its design for many years along with the cleanup of the Mound B portion of Kin-Buc Landfill. This was Phase I of a three-phase project that was supposed to involve the closure of Edison Landfill.

A failed cleanup plan could result in a devastating intersection of two health threats in New Jersey: the COVID-19 pandemic and a potential explosive release of chemical poisons. Edison Wetlands Association's work at the American Cyanamid Superfund Site in Bridgewater, NJ was featured today in this NBC 4 NY story. We will continue to post updates on this site as we push EPA to address all health and safety concerns when deciding on a full-scale remediation plan for the two chemical lagoons.
