Meet Hetal Jhaveri, our newly elected Assistant Treasurer! 🙌

Hetal Jhaveri holds a BS in Finance from Rutgers Business School and brings over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and FP&A. Most recently, she joined the National Hockey League (NHL) to support strategic finance and business transformation initiatives. Previously, she held finance leadership roles at Conduent and Wiley, leading cost optimization and financial planning strategy.

Meet Rushab Kamdar, our newly elected Volunteer Outreach Chair! 🙌

Rushab earned his BS in Finance and International Business from Drexel University in 2004 and his Executive MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School in 2012. He is the founder of The Confidence Company and brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, having founded and led eight companies across multiple industries. Today, he works with corporate teams, business leaders, and university students to strengthen their communication, confidence, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

The RBSAA board of trustees honoring a decade of Dean Lei’s leadership of Rutgers Business School yesterday evening at the RBSAA “One Night, Many Futures” benefit event. Networking, great food and drinks, and an exceptionally curated silent auction all to raise money for our RBSAA student scholarship fund. ❤️🖤
