Catholic Men for Jesus Christ

A Catholic Men’s Apostolate in the Diocese of Trenton. It further recognizes that we are not meant to answer his call to “follow me” alone.

Established in 1997, Catholic Men for Jesus Christ recognizes that true happiness can only be found in Jesus. CMJC strives to bring men together to build each other up, support one another, and challenge one another on our spiritual journeys to become the men that we are created and called to be. Living your daily life as a Catholic man is increasingly countercultural. Ever greater demands are competing for our time, our talents, and our treasures. We are offered models of living by contemporary society which glorify the individual’s desires for things and encourage us to ask “What’s in it for me?” and “If it feels good, do it.” Ignored are the costs that embracing such tenets of living have on our relationships with our family, our friends, our community and—most importantly—with our God.

The Diocese of Metuchen will be hosting a Formation Event for Police Officers at the St. John Neumann Pastoral Center.

This first-ever “Resiliency” Conference is for all active and inactive (retired) police officers and is meant to provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to our men and women in uniform. Priests, deacons, and police chaplains are also welcome to attend.

Fr. Larry Richards, best-selling author of Be a Man!: Becoming the Man God Created You to Be and Founder of The Reason for Our Hope Foundation, and Dcn. Harold-Burke-Sivers, internationally renowned author and preacher and host of Beacon of Truth on EWTN Radio, will be the principal speakers (both of whom have strong ties to the police).
