🇺🇸 **The American Legion & America’s 250th Birthday** 🇺🇸
**Honoring the Veterans Who Built, Protected, and Strengthened Our Nation**
As our country approaches its **250th Birthday in 2026**, the American Legion proudly stands as a guardian of American values and a living reminder of the service and sacrifice that shaped our nation.
For two and a half centuries, the United States has grown, endured, and thrived because generations of Veterans answered the call to defend freedom. From the Revolutionary War to today’s modern military, their courage has carried our nation forward.
The American Legion remains **intrical** to this historic milestone by continuing the mission that Veterans began long before 1919:
**Promoting Americanism** — keeping patriotism alive in our communities
**Supporting Veterans** — ensuring every Veteran is honored, remembered, and cared for
**Strengthening communities** — through service, outreach, and unity
**Inspiring future generations** — teaching the values that built our nation
🇺🇸 **Veterans: The Backbone of America’s Success**
Every chapter of America’s story has been written by those willing to serve. Veterans have:
- Defended our freedoms
- Rebuilt our nation after conflict
- Led in business, education, and public service
- Strengthened families and communities
- Passed down the values that define us
Their legacy is woven into the very fabric of the United States.
🎖️ **As we celebrate America at 250, we honor the Veterans who made this milestone possible.**
The American Legion invites our community to join us throughout 2026 as we celebrate our nation’s history, honor our heroes, and continue the mission of service that keeps America strong.
**Strong. Proud. Forever free.** 🇺🇸
