Attention Oakland County, Michigan Government senior centers!

People’s Express is partnering with Oakland Transit and Qualtrics to conduct a countywide transportation survey, and they want to hear from YOU.

This survey is not just for current transit riders. Whether you regularly use public transportation, occasionally rely on transportation services, or never use them at all, your feedback is important.

The survey aims to better understand transportation needs, identify barriers to access, and explore opportunities to improve mobility for residents throughout Oakland County. Take a few minutes to share your experiences and help create a more connected, accessible community for everyone.🗣️

"This research is filling a pretty critical gap—we don't know enough about how senior centers are identifying these issues, responding to them, or what support they need. Your network's frontline perspective would be incredibly valuable."

The survey for senior center administrators is quick (about 10 minutes), completely anonymous, and participants have a chance to win a $50 gift card. The National Council on Aging has endorsed the project and is helping distribute the survey as well. We also published an article with the NCOA on this exact topic that might be helpful context: https://www.ncoa.org/article/how-senior-centers-can-help-address-elder-abuse-and-self-neglect/

Would you be open to distributing the survey to your network of senior centers and encouraging members to complete it?
