This past Thursday we had 15 families signed in by 9:30 and had to put up the "Sorry We're Full" sign. I/We sure appreciate how patient and civil everyone is while waiting their turn. :)

Please everyone, remember to bring an ID and piece of mail with your address on it each visit. We are transitioning to a new computer system with new intake forms. We pay for all this food handed out. The information we collect helps keep the costs down which lets us hand out more.

Big thanks for all the help and donations!

Judy has made it home safe. The new ramp you helped her get worked well :)

Tomorrow, Tuesday August 25th is a truck day. No food will be given out till Thursday morning.

If you've helped with the truck before, you're welcome to do it again. Coffee is free.

Judy is out of surgery and on her way to the recovery room.

Surgeon says she did well, no complications, he has great confidence she will heal up just fine.

FYI:
Judy fell and broke her hip yesterday morning and will be out-of-pocket for a few weeks.

She's up in the city at a hospital she trusts, has a great surgeon she trusts, with surgery scheduled for tomorrow morning.

Our hours will be the same as she created a great team here that'll keep things going.

We have a truck coming Monday morning so will not be handing out food that day.

If you've helped us unload the truck before, you're welcome to come to do it again. Coffee is ready by 9 am :)

Tuesday and Thursday will be business as usual.

Just a reminder that our truck days are on the 2nd Monday and 4th Tuesday, each month. For July this is the 13th and the 28th. No food is handed out on these days.

People have commented at Google about items we don't have. I wanted to explain that the shopping list we work from has been missing a lot lately. If it's not on the list, we have to buy it locally at full price.

We went a couple months with no hamburger or eggs but they'll be on Monday's truck this time.

We appreciate the bounty of donations this past month. All the dishes and cloths are finding good homes, unfortunately that large bundle of DVDs we were letting people sort through has disappeared. I guess 8 wasn't enough, someone took them all.
