T-minus 5 days until Summer Food & Fun kicks off! ☀️🍎
The shelves and freezers are officially stocked thanks to our HUGE delivery from Ben E. Keith Foods, and tomorrow we’ll be filling the last two shelves with boxed meals from the food bank. 🙌
Thank you Gabriel's House for donating your leftover milk and snacks and again the 8th grade parents for leftovers from the picnic.
Our back room and freezer are also packed full of Life's Hope items and ready for weekend bags. ❤️
Our volunteers got a little "soaked" unloading yesterday's load, but we love rain in the summer. If we aren't soaked from rain then we are from sweat. Thankful for each volunteer.
As one of our little families told us today when asking when will we be there -
"Okay awesome! They loved the cooked stuff! My oldest said y’all made it with love and also sweat because cooking is a lot she says lol!! We will see you guys when y’all start! We appreciate everything yall do for the communities kids"
