None of us gets it right every time.⁣

We lose our patience. We say the wrong thing. We react before we have a chance to think.⁣

And then comes the most important part:⁣

What happens next?⁣

Repair doesn't mean pretending the hard moment didn't happen. It means coming back. Taking responsibility. Listening. Reconnecting.⁣

Our children don't need perfect parents. They need parents who are willing to keep showing up.⁣

❤️ Repair is part of connection.⁣

What would it look like to practice repair in your family this week?⁣

What if becoming a better parent starts with understanding yourself?⁣

We often focus so much on our children—what they’re doing, how they’re responding, what we should say or do next.⁣

But sometimes the biggest shift happens when we pause and look inward.⁣

Our past experiences, beliefs about ourselves, attachment patterns, and the things that trigger us can all shape the way we show up in our relationships—including with our children.⁣

Making Sense of Your Worth is an 8-week journey designed to help adults better understand how their life experiences have shaped their sense of self-worth and relationships—and discover a healthier way forward.⁣

It may be the best parenting class you ever take…without ever being a parenting class. ❤️⁣

✨ New group beginning October 1.⁣

If you're ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and become more free to be the person—and parent—you want to be, we'd love to have you join us.⁣

Have you ever wondered when communicating with your child's new teacher...

• How much should I share?
• Will they understand my child?
• Am I asking for too much?
• What if they don't believe me?

If you've asked yourself these questions, you're not alone.

For children impacted by adoption, foster care, trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or emotional regulation challenges, a strong partnership with school can make all the difference.

Our upcoming FREE Lunch & Learn on September 1 from noon-1:00pm will help you approach those conversations with confidence, compassion, and practical tools.

We all love the idea of summer—sunshine, flexibility, and a break from the grind. But for families like ours, the loss of routine and predictability can quickly lead to increased dysregulation for both kids and caregivers.

When the structure of school disappears, "felt safety" can take a hit. That’s why we’re hosting a FREE virtual Lunch & Learn to help you prep before the school year ends!

In this one-hour session, we’ll dive into:

Practical, easy-to-implement regulation strategies.

How to support children from "hard places" during seasonal shifts.

Tools for co-regulation and building resilience.

The Details:
📅 Monday, May 18 | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
📍 Google Meets (Bring your lunch and come as you are!)
