When the structure of school disappears, "felt safety" can take a hit. That’s why we’re hosting a FREE virtual Lunch & Learn to help you prep before the school year ends!

In this one-hour session, we’ll dive into:

Practical, easy-to-implement regulation strategies.

How to support children from "hard places" during seasonal shifts.

Tools for co-regulation and building resilience.

The Details:

One of the most powerful Connecting Principles we teach in Cultivate Connection is learning the balance between nurture and structure.

Too much structure without connection can feel unsafe.
Too much nurture without boundaries can feel unsteady.

Children thrive when they experience both — compassion and clarity, empathy and expectations, warmth and leadership. That balance builds felt safety, trust, and long-term growth.

In our 9-week virtual Cultivate Connection Course, you’ll learn how to:
✨ Discern what your child needs in the moment
✨ Respond with both empathy and authority
✨ Create a home culture that fosters trust and growth

Connection isn’t about choosing between nurture or structure — it’s about skillfully holding both.

Join us and grow in confidence as a parent. 💛

What if growth isn’t about striving harder… but about laying down the lies you’ve carried?

Making Sense of Your Worth is a space to gently unsubscribe from the false narratives — not enough, too much, invisible, unworthy — and rediscover the steady truth of who you are.

When you know your worth:
✨ You show up differently in your relationships.
✨ You parent from security, not fear.
✨ You lead, work, and love from a grounded place.

This class isn’t about self-improvement. It’s about healing, clarity, and remembering who you’ve been all along.

If you’re ready to stop striving and start living from secure worth, we’d love to have you join us. 💛

In Week 4 of our 9-Week Cultivate Connection Course, we dive into the science and strategy of play — and how it can:

✨ Increase felt safety
✨ Strengthen trust
✨ Redirect behavior without shame
✨ Create connection that lasts

Play isn’t just fun — it’s how kids grow, heal, and learn to trust. When you build a culture of play in your family, you build a foundation where correction feels safe and connection comes first.

Join us virtually as Known & Loved team member Elisabeth “Eli” Stenner, TBRI Practitioner and adoptive mom, guides parents through practical tools you can use right away.

This is just one powerful week of a transformative 9-week journey designed to help you cultivate deeper connection at home.

Come learn how to lead with play — and watch trust grow. 💛
