The Dubuque Y Crisis Services shelter runs 24/7/365 — because crisis doesn’t follow a schedule.
Our shelter provides a safe haven for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and it takes a whole community to keep those doors open. As we gear up for our Glimmer of Hope fundraiser this October, we’re also focused on the days in between — because the need never pauses.
