We are honored to welcome Brianne McFarland to Synteroโ€™s Board of Directors!

With over 25 years of leadership in the nonprofit sectorโ€”including her current role as Regional Vice President at A Kid Againโ€”Brianne brings deep expertise in mission-driven work. But her commitment to our mission is also personal.

After walking alongside her son through his struggle with mental health, Brianne and her family found hope through Syntero's school-based programs and promised to give back and ensure no family faces those challenges alone.

Her dedication to advocating for mental health access, combined with her extensive experience across organizations like the YMCA of Central Ohio, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and OhioHealth Foundation, makes her an invaluable addition to our team.

๐Ÿ‘Please join us in giving Brianne a warm welcome!
