• Provide safe, dependable waste and recycling collection services County-wide
• Reduce the tonnage shipped to Circular Butte Landfill
• Offer “Diversion-Incentivizing-Rate-Options” • Provide an increased number of service options
• Increase the volume of “clean” recyclable materials
delivered to the Transfer Station
• Identified value of diversion over time
• Determine RAD’s value to Teton County over time
• Keep the process of waste management simple
• Improve public awareness and education about responsible waste management
• Increase knowledge of service options with a substantial communication plan
