Check out our Farm-to-School garden at Seaholm High School

Each spring we spend 8 weeks with the educated the scholars about the ins and outs of gardening. This year they germinated over 100+ seedlings for us to use at our community gardens and for our program.

They really did a great job this year. 👨🏽‍🌾

This weekend we finally reactivated our 14th St Community Garden.
We partnered with Sisters in Power and they came thru!

It was challenge to clear the raised beds, but they got it done with laughter and great energy. We were able to plant tomatoes 🍅, peppers 🫑 🌶️, and strawberries 🍓

We still got some work to do but this was a BIG start. We are excited to see how our sites help complement our . It’s a Marathon 🏁

We are excited to partner with Sisters In Power for this event. Time to get to work. 👨🏽‍🌾

Pulling weeds
Planting crops
Curbside/Alleyway clean-up
