Midtown Detroit, Inc. (MDI) is proud to support the planned redevelopment of the historic Billinghurst Apartments on W. Willis Street. MDI is working closely with the developer and broader community to strengthen W. Willis as a vital connection between the Woodward Corridor and the heart of the Cass Corridor.

The $9.5 million redevelopment will bring 31 residential units and more than 4,300 square feet of commercial space while advancing historic preservation, walkability and continued investment in the neighborhood.
