What happens when people have access to fresh fruits and vegetables and the education to make healthy choices? 🍅🍏

The results are in. 👀

After serving more than 1,000 Iowans, the Iowa Produce Prescription Program (IPPP) is showing encouraging outcomes, including increased fruit and vegetable consumption, improved food security, and overwhelmingly positive participant experiences. These findings add to the growing momentum behind Food Is Medicine programs across the country.

Healthy food can be a powerful tool for better health, and we're proud to be part of the work helping make that possible for more Iowans.💪
