Welcome to the team, Jeremy Graves!

Jeremy joins Talent Collective DSM as our new High School Career Coach at Lincoln High School, bringing a passion for helping young people find direction, recognize their potential, and prepare for what comes after graduation.

He knows firsthand how valuable guidance can be when figuring out your future. His own experiences give him a perspective that helps him meet students where they are, relate to different paths, and guide them confidently toward their goals.

We’re excited to have Jeremy working alongside Lincoln students as they explore careers, try new things, and take their next steps toward the workforce.

📚 Welcome back to the 2026–2027 school year!

A new school year means new classrooms, new teachers, new goals… and countless new firsts.

For some students, it will be their first mentor.
Their first job shadow.
Their first internship.
Their first certification.
Their first paycheck.
Their first step toward a career.

Today, we’re excited to introduce Here We Begin, Talent Collective DSM’s new campaign celebrating the first moments that shape a student’s future, because every big future begins with a first.

Between now and October 31, we’re working together to raise $100,000 to create even more firsts for students across Greater Des Moines.

Jill brings extensive experience from Bank of America, where she led initiatives in partnership development, corporate philanthropy, workforce development, financial education, strategic communications, and community engagement.

More importantly, she brings a genuine passion for people. Jill has a remarkable ability to build meaningful relationships, inspire collaboration, and bring partners together around a shared purpose.
