What an extraordinary weekend!
As we close the chapter on the 50th Anniversary HERS Leadership Institute Conference & Reunion at Bryn Mawr College, we are filled with gratitude, inspiration, and hope for the future. Together, we celebrated five decades of leadership, learning, and community while reaffirming our shared commitment to advancing women and gender-diverse leaders across higher education.
To every alum, facilitator, speaker, partner, volunteer, supporter, and attendee who traveled from near and far—thank you. Your presence, wisdom, and generosity made this gathering truly unforgettable.
A special thank you to the many individuals working behind the scenes whose dedication, planning, and care brought this historic event to life. We are also deeply grateful to Bryn Mawr College, the birthplace of the HERS Leadership Institute, for hosting us as we honored our past and looked boldly toward the future.
Over four remarkable days, we reconnected with old friends, built new relationships, shared ideas, celebrated accomplishments, and strengthened the network that continues to transform higher education leadership. Most importantly, we were reminded of the power of coming together in community—especially at a moment when courageous, principled leadership is needed more than ever.
