For the third year in a row, The WICT Network: Rocky Mountain is hosting a yoga session with Talon J Yoga open to both members and non-members to support the Second Wind Su***de Prevention organization during Mental Health Awareness Month.

This is an in-person event.

Date: Saturday, July 11
Time: 2:00 pm
Location: The River Yoga - 4055 Inca St, Suite 100, Denver, CO 80211
Capacity: 20 people

The class lasts 60 minutes, and attendees are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes early if possible.
