Yesterday, EatDenver launched its inaugural BIPOC Mentorship Program, created to support the next generation of BIPOC hospitality professionals across Colorado’s Front Range by:

☀️ Cultivating clear and accessible leadership pathways
☀️ Broadening access to meaningful professional development opportunities and local industry networks
☀️ Supporting long-term career growth, sustainability, and increased visibility

A huge thank you to our May facilitator and DEI Chair, Nokkie Lipsey of Pre Shift Hospitality Experts, for her presentation, "Mentorship 101," and our hosting venue, ID345!
