Friends, please plan on attending this very important candidate forum, Tuesday, October 28th at 6:30 pm. Hear my views on what we should be doing to alleviate this vexing problem within our communities!

“F.A.I.T.H (Fighting Against Injustice Toward Harmony) invites you to participate in our Volusia County Council Candidate Forum on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at Allen Chapel AME Church, 580 George W. Engram Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL.

This forum will focus on a critical issue impacting residents across Volusia County — flooding and the need for stronger low-impact development practices to protect our communities, environment, and infrastructure.

As a candidate for County Council, your perspective and proposed solutions are important to the people you seek to serve. This will be a valuable opportunity to share your vision, engage directly with community members, and hear from residents who are deeply affected by flooding and development decisions.

The event will be hosted by FAITH’s Environmental Justice Committee and moderated by local leaders. Each candidate will have equal time to respond to questions focused on the evening’s theme.”

I will be ready to answer any questions with concrete solutions that we can implement.

This is just one issue plaguing our county that I plan to address on day one, when you elect me as your Volusia County Council At Large Representative in 2026.
