APCO is excited to announce Douglas A. Klein as the new government relations senior counsel. As senior counsel, Klein will be responsible for analyzing federal regulatory and legislative issues related to 9-1-1 service and public safety spectrum policy, coordinating with state and federal officials, and supporting APCO’s advocacy initiatives to strengthen emergency communications nationwide.
