The NAACP and our coalition partners — the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Common Cause, and Black Voters Matter — have filed federal court claims challenging an illegal USPS rule that threatens to silence millions of mail-in voters before November.

We will not stand idly by.
