Here are more photos of day one and all the work on Saturday to complete a safer entrance and exit to this home. We are blessed to provide the tools and volunteers and if you have prayed, shared, or donated to Rebuilding Hope you there with us as well. We love partnering with local businesses such as All Seasons Property Maintenance and Root Contracting Group. If your church, work office or business would like more info on partnering with us on future projects let us know.

The Rebuilding Hope Board met on Monday, October 19, 2026. We opened with a prayer by Scott Dodrill. The September minutes were presented along with the treasurer's report. Last month we completed a ramp in Grottoes. October's project for the upcoming weekend will be another ramp built in Mount Solon. There is an opportunity for the project to begin on Friday with enough volunteers. New applications were reviewed with members assigned to complete onsite visits. Our next meeting will be Monday, November 16 (change in date due to Thanksgiving) and we will begin planning for Annual Spaghetti Dinner and Auction to be held on Saturday, February 13, 2026.

This weekend is one of our last major projects for 2026. There is also the opportunity to volunteer on Friday, October 23 and/or Saturday, October 24. We are building a large ramp in Mount Solon and it is "all hands on deck." If you can help one day or both or just an hour or two please contact Ryan at the number below.

Last Saturday, September 26 our volunteers headed out bright and early for a project in Grottoes. The homeowner's current small deck and steps were unsafe and becoming more difficult to maneuver. Now access out and in of the home is safer. Thank you to all volunteers who came throughout the day. And to those who donate monetary thank you for making this possible. We have one more project for 2026 in October.
