❤️ 50 Pints. Countless Lives Touched.
On Tuesday, we set an ambitious goal of collecting 60 pints of blood (x3 for power red donations)
We filled 59 of our 60 appointment slots, but as with every blood drive, we had a few no-shows and several generous donors who were unable to donate for medical reasons. Even so, we collected an incredible 50 pints of blood!
This was our most successful blood drive to date, excluding the two drives we partnered with Scouts as part of Eagle Scout projects. We couldn't be more grateful to everyone who donated, volunteered, and helped spread the word.
Each pint of donated blood has the potential to save up to three lives. That means this single blood drive could impact as many as 150 people in our community.
Our next blood drive will be in December, and we're already setting our sights on an even bigger goal—more appointment slots and more than 50 pints!
Looking ahead to 2027, we're excited to increase the number of blood drives we host, giving even more people the opportunity to make a lifesaving difference.
To everyone who rolled up a sleeve, volunteered their time, or encouraged someone else to donate—thank you! Every donor, volunteer, and supporter helped make this event a success. It feels good to know that together we're making a real difference, one pint at a time. ❤️🩸
