The editor of the Irrawaddy English edition has fled the country. He and his team have kept the reporting alive all through the coup, until his location was exposed recently, which put his life in danger. He also was forced to flee during the 1988 military actions. Myanmar needs your prayers.

Updates from World Food Programm: "Conflict-driven displacement is rising sharply. As of 15 June, OCHA estimates that over 195,000 people have been internally displaced in at least 8 out of 14 states/regions across Myanmar – the number has more than tripled within a month."
