Our mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence.

The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Our Career Success Center offers career counseling and job search assistance for women who are searching for employment, transitioning into a new career, or looking to (re)invest in their professional development! Whether you're looking to kick-start your job search, relaunch your career, or advance in your profession, our professional development workshops and volunteer Career Coaches are here to help, offering small-group and individualized, holistic career development and job search support. In addition to providing career development resources and support, our organization also provides women who are searching for employment and in need of interview-appropriate attire with a free professional outfit! Our volunteer Image Coaches provide a boutique experience for women throughout the Quad Cities, creating creating a comfortable, safe, and inclusive environment that enhances the client’s self-confidence and increases her readiness for her interview(s). When a client successfully secures employment, we invite her back to work with our Image Coaches who help her create a small capsule wardrobe to start her new career!

Meet Kiera, a Quad Cities artist and fashion designer who loves exploring creativity through unexpected materials! With a background in studio art, fashion, and business, Kiera brings a unique artistic perspective to her designs.

Her work blends textiles, photography, and found materials to explore themes of family, love, balance, and self-reflection.

We can't wait to see how Kiera brings her artistic vision to life at Recycle the Runway 2026! 👗✨

✨ Designer Spotlight: Jenn Crawford & Samantha Lepe ✨

Like mother, like daughter! This creative duo is bringing their shared love of sewing and giving back to Recycle the Runway 2026!
Jenn, a Dress for Success QC alumna, returns for her third runway appearance, joined by her daughter Samantha, a self-taught sewist who has been transforming clothing into unique creations since 2018.
For Jenn, every design represents the confidence and growth women experience through Dress for Success. This year, sharing the runway with her daughter makes that mission even more special!

We can't wait to see what this mother-daughter team creates!

Jahn is a designer, model, and multidisciplinary creative who draws inspiration from her everyday experiences as an autistic, disabled Black woman. Through design, art, sound, and movement, her work explores emotion and the human experience while encouraging deeper connection with ourselves and one another.
We are excited to see Jahn bring her unique creative perspective to Recycle the Runway 2026!
