Success Story Spotlight: Meet Christy! ✨

We're excited to celebrate Christy and her new position helping people access public assistance!

After years of being able to dress casually for work, Christy visited Dress for Success Quad Cities for an employment suiting appointment to help build a professional wardrobe for this exciting new chapter in her career. Working one-on-one with her personal stylist, Christy carefully selected the perfect outfit to make a confident and professional impression on her first day.

The best part? Christy shared a photo from her first day on the job, and she looked amazing!

We are honored to have been a small part of her journey and are so proud of all she has already accomplished. We look forward to hearing about her continued growth, achievements, and success in her new role.

Celebrating the First Meeting of the Working Women's Network!

We are excited to celebrate the successful launch of our first Working Women's Network meeting!

A special thank you to our guest speaker, LeAnn Zinn, who shared valuable insights with our clients and volunteers on finding power in their personal stories. She provided practical tips on how to effectively communicate those experiences throughout the job search and interview process, helping women build confidence and showcase their unique strengths.

The evening also included a wonderful donated spaghetti dinner, giving everyone an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and begin building what we know will become a strong and supportive community. Together, we started creating a network where women can encourage one another, grow professionally, and celebrate each other's successes.

We're looking forward to continuing this momentum and welcoming even more women to join us the 3rd Tuesday of July!

Our office will be closed from June 22 through June 26 and will reopen on June 27th for our Style Saturday and June 29th for clients and volunteers.
