🎙️ NEW EPISODE OF POWER OF THE W!

What does it look like to lead with compassion, purpose, and a whole lot of heart?

In our latest episode of Power of the W, I’m sitting down with Moline Mayor Sangeetha Rayapati for a conversation about the woman behind the title.

From nursing and music to education and public service, Mayor Rayapati’s journey is anything but ordinary. We talk about the experiences that shaped her, what inspired her to step into leadership, and what it’s really like to be a woman in politics.

We also chat about balancing life as a mayor, professor, wife, and mom, the future of Moline, and the advice she’d give to women considering leadership roles of their own.

Plus, we have a little fun with our Power of the W lightning round! ☕🎶

🎨📚 ’Twas the day before our new YWCA Early Learning Academy preschool classroom opened…

’Twas the day before preschool, and all through the room,
Not a crayon was stirring, not even a broom. 🖍️

The tables were ready, the books lined with care,
Bright colors and learning were waiting right there. ✨

The toys were all waiting, the cubbies in place,
Ready for little learners to fill up the space.

Tomorrow the doors open, the fun will begin,
With curious minds and big smiles walking in.

We can’t wait to welcome our newest little learners tomorrow! 🎉

Want your little one to join us? We still have spots available in our preschool classrooms! Give us a call today to learn more and get your little learner signed up at 309-788-3479. 🧡
