🎻 HAVlife Grant Funds in Action!

Music has the power to inspire, encourage, and build confidence in young people. Through opportunities such as music camps, band activities, and private lessons, students supported by the Bettendorf Community Schools Foundation are able to continue growing their skills while pursuing something they love.

🏆 HAVlife Grant Funds in Action!

One of the things we love most about supporting youth sports is knowing that the lessons learned extend far beyond the game.

HAVlife® is proud to support QCSI - Quad Cities Sports Initiative, which helps local youth access club sports opportunities while also investing in their growth as leaders, teammates, and young adults.

In addition to scholarship assistance, QCSI offers monthly life skills sessions covering topics like leadership, communication, confidence, character, and personal wellness.

The photos below are from a Champion of Character session where athletes explored what it means to lead with Integrity, Respect, Responsibility, and Sportsmanship.

🎨 HAVlife Grant Funds in Action!

Participants at GiGi's Playhouse Quad Cities are exploring their creativity through Art Explosion programs supported by HAVlife® grant funding!

Art projects using paint, chalk, construction paper, markers, canvas boards, and modeling clay allow participants to explore their creativity while also developing fine motor skills. Participants often combine different artistic mediums into a single project, and one favorite activity has been creating clay pots we've been told!

Programs like First Tee - Quad Cities are about so much more than golf. ⛳❤️

They help local youth build confidence, friendships, leadership skills, and positive life experiences in a supportive environment.
