Kimberly Village Homeowner's Association Formed in 1965, we are a community of 309 houses and condominiums North of Kimberly Road between Marquette St. and Northwest Blvd. in Davenport, Iowa.

We are a community of 309 houses and condominiums north of Kimberly Road between Marquette St. Formed in 1965, our association is run by and for members. We offer a private pool (open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) and park with a shelter, playground equipment, tennis courts, basketball hoops, sandbox and horseshoe pits. We welcome neighbors to annual social events including an Easter

egg hunt, garage sales, family pool party, kids' pool party, Halloween bash, movies in the park, and December luminaria. Each homeowner must pay annual dues of $390. Neighbors, feel free to attend board of directors meetings in the country kitchen of Ridgecrest Village on the third Monday of each month at 7 p.m. Kimberly Village Homes Association

Summer is here! Kimberly Village pool will be open 12:00 - 8:00 daily. If there is a pool closure we will post on facebook and/or put a sign on the door.

Water aerobics start on Monday June 8, classes are Monday and Wednesday 5:30 - 6:30 thru July 29.
KV members pay $50, guests pay $60 and drop ins are $5 per session.

Swim lessons start June 15. Please come to the pool to sign up.

KV Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics Class will be a little earlier than usual this year held every Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. starting June 8 with the last class being July 30. The cost is $50 for KVHA members, $60 for non-members, and $5 per drop-in session. If you want to sign up, just stop by or call the pool (391-2774). You are encouraged to invite your friends and family to join the fun!
