Musical Theatre Festivals Educational Foundation is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. 🎭🎶
Discover how we're fostering talent, creating opportunities, and elevating the art of musical theatre. Our mission is to support students pursuing musical theatre educational opportunities, gather resources in support of musical theatre education, and raise funds to provide scholarship opportunities to MTCA Festivals and Summer Intensives for Middle School, High School, and Youth Theatre Students. Since 2008, more than 80% of schools nationwide have experienced cuts to their budgets, limiting students' ability to participate in theatre opportunities. We founded MTF because we know students who participate in arts programs do better in school, develop more profound empathy, welcome inclusivity, and are more engaged with their communities.

MUSICAL THEATRE EDUCATION MATTERS! 🎭 ➡️Performing arts education builds confidence, deepens empathy, strengthens community, and gives young artists the tools to become fearless storytellers.

But access to high-level training and transformative experiences isn’t equal for every student.

Through the MTF Educational Foundation, we’re working to expand that access. Scholarships help deserving young artists participate in the MTCA Festival and experience performance-driven education, meaningful mentorship, and opportunities to learn from working Broadway professionals.

Your support helps more young artists step into rooms where they can learn, grow, perform, and discover what’s possible.

Help us invest in the next generation of triple threat performers and storytellers. ✨

⭐️MTCA 2026 TOP VOCALIST ANNOUNCEMENT⭐️
We couldn’t be prouder to announce our 2026 Top Vocalists! Please help us cheer on two remarkable performers who truly gave everything to their storytelling this year:

⭐️ Aoifa Maki from Arts Conservatory for Teens.
⭐️ Jackson Weathers from Bay Area Performing Arts & Casting.

“Watching these two artists step into the spotlight was unforgettable. Their voices, commitment, and presence on stage reminded us exactly why we do this work.

At MTCA, we believe in championing young performers, creating meaningful opportunities, and honoring the transformative power of musical theatre. Moments like this, when we get to recognize students who are ready to take their next bold step, are incredibly special.
Aoifa and Jackson represent not only outstanding vocal ability, but also the discipline, heart, and artistry it takes to grow into the next chapter. We are proud to support that journey with a $500 scholarship awarded through the MTF Educational Foundation, our nonprofit dedicated to nurturing the next generation of theatre artists.

Aoifa and Jackson, we are so proud of you. Keep telling stories. Keep taking risks. We can’t wait to see where your talent takes you next.” -Pia Patrick & Lisa Fry
