~Today is National Stress Awareness Day~

Parenting is one of life’s greatest blessings—but let’s be honest, it can also be stressful! Between sleepless nights, busy schedules, and the constant pressure to “do it all,” it’s easy for moms and dads to forget to care for themselves. Today is a gentle reminder: your well-being matters too.

Take a few minutes to breathe, pray, stretch, or step outside. Even small moments of rest can refill your cup and help you show up with more peace and patience for your family.

The Women's Enrichment Center is here to support parents through every season—with encouragement, resources, and community.

You don’t have to carry it all alone.
